Yes, if you are unhappy with your first lesson and believe this is not a good fit for you, we offer a 100% refund.
If you continue pursuing 1:1 lessons, then all refunds are prorated and apply only to unused sessions at 50% of their original lesson rate for remaining lessons, less processing fees. This is kept in place to ensure our instructors get paid for their time. If you are unhappy with your first lesson, we recommend you request your full refund to avoid the prorated refund fees. So… if you request your refund after the first lesson, you receive a 100% refund. If you request your refund 5 lessons in for example, then you will only be refunded 50% of the original lesson rate, less processing fees.
